How tp apply for PM Kisan Yojana

The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) is scheme that provides financial assistance of Rs. 6000 per year is provided to all farmer families across the country in three equal installments of Rs.2000/- each every four months. PM-KISAN is a Central Sector scheme that has been launched from December 2018.

STEP 1 Open the authorised website of PM Kisan Yojana https://pmkisan.gov.in/
STEP 2 Find the “Farmers Corner” menu on the Home Page
STEP 3 Click on “Farmers Corner” menu and a drop-down menu will appear
STEP 4 Click the “New Farmers Registration” option and a new window will appear
STEP 5 Fill your Aadhaar details in the form and image text (captcha) have to be filled in
STEP 6 Click the “Continue” option
STEP 7 If you are already registered from before, your details will be displayed
But if this is new registration, the display will say “Record not found with given details”
You will also get an option asking you if you want to register on the PM Kisan portal. Click “Yes”

STEP 8 A new page will open with a form to be filled
This form seeks details of you as an individual and those of your farm such as the address, land records, size etc
Once you are done, click the “Save” option

STEP 9 Your registration number and reference number will appear on the screen
